Five weeks from kickoff to a live agent in production. Here is the exact process — including what we own versus what your team needs to provide.

Discovery & Scoping — Week 1 (Days 1–2)

We run a structured discovery session to map your data environment: which systems hold the relevant information, what access credentials your IT team can provide, and which queries the agent must handle. We document success criteria in a shared project brief before any connector work begins. Your input at this stage is one DX lead and read-only access to relevant data stores.

Data Connection — Week 1 (Days 3–5)

Askhub connectors establish read-only access to your chosen data sources — kintone, SAP, SharePoint, Google Drive, or a custom REST endpoint. No new middleware, no schema modifications, no redeployment of existing systems. We configure chunking, indexing, and retrieval parameters appropriate to your document types. You verify the connection in a staging environment before we proceed.

Agent Flow Design — Weeks 2–3

We build the agent's conversational logic in the Askhub visual flow editor — routing rules, retrieval strategy, Japanese-language response tuning, and escalation conditions. You observe the build process and can request adjustments without any coding. We run the agent against a structured set of real queries in a sandboxed environment, catching edge cases before they reach production.

QA & Compliance Review — Week 4

A structured test suite covers: expected queries, ambiguous phrasing, out-of-scope questions, and edge cases identified during design. We validate that the agent's data handling aligns with your APPI obligations and internal security policies — audit log configuration, data residency confirmation, and role-based access enforcement. Issues are resolved before go-live, not documented as known defects.

Production Deploy & Handover — Week 5

We deploy to your chosen channel — Slack workspace, Microsoft Teams environment, or a web widget embedded in your intranet. We run a team training session so your DX lead can update flows, adjust retrieval sources, and review monitoring data independently. You own the agent from deployment day. We configure a monitoring dashboard showing query volume, response confidence, and escalation rate from week one.
